The times, they are a-changing. Indian companies, which are infamous for their stodgy and bureaucratic ways, are slowly embracing new-age corporate ideas. And leading the way is Reliance, which has made a quiet but significant\u00a0transformation to its corporate culture.<\/span><\/p>\n

The head honchos at India’s largest company shall no longer sit in plush wooden cabins. They shall instead move to an open workplace where they will be accessible to all of the company’s 17,500 staff. Bigwigs who will be moving to open cabins are Chairman and CEO Mukesh Ambani,\u00a0his son Akash Ambani, daughter Isha Ambani and long-time associate and confidant Manoj Modi.<\/span><\/p>\n

They are in good company.\u00a0Other CEOs\u00a0who sit in open offices are Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg<\/a> and Twitter founder Jack Dorsey<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
