And there is this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">Sir Richard Brandson, owner of the international Virgin group just <span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><a style=\"color: #33cccc;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.virgin.com\/richard-branson\/why-virgin-is-extending-shared-parental-leave\" target=\"_blank\">announced<\/a><\/span> a new policy that will make future fathers in the company very happy. According to the new policy both women and men will be allowed to take upto a year of paid leave after the birth or adoption of a new child.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">All the employees who have been with the company for over 4 years will receive their whole annual salary, while those who have worked for less than 2 years will receive 25% of their salary while on the leave.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cIf you take care of your employees they will take care of your business,\u201d Branson said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cAs a father and now a grandad to three wonderful grandchildren, I know how magical the first year of a child\u2019s life is but also how much hard work it takes.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cI\u2019m delighted that we can offer this support to our staff so that they can enjoy parental leave to the full as we continue to our work in changing business for good.\u201d- Branson added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;\">Virgin group is one of the most employee-friendly companies with perks like maternity leave, insurance, free food, bike-to-work days etc. In fact Branson also had <span style=\"color: #33cccc;\"><a style=\"color: #33cccc;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.virgin.com\/richard-branson\/why-were-letting-virgin-staff-take-as-much-holiday-as-they-want\" target=\"_blank\">announced<\/a><\/span> an &#8220;unlimited vacation&#8221; policy last year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">First unlimited leave, now 1 year full pay for <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/parentalleave?src=hash\">#parentalleave<\/a>.
